Since we were established in 2008 we have been providing a high quality horse sitting service for horse owners in and around Central Bedfordshire. The service we provide is tailored to exactly what you're looking for allowing you to ensure your horse is being looked after at all times when you are unavailable.

We fully understand the importance of keeping your horse in its normal routine and it is important that we meet you and your horse before any sitting is carried out. We will visit you to meet your horse, to find out their needs and temperaments. This initial meeting is your opportunity to ask any questions you have about the service we provide and ensure you have everything you need before making your decision of whether to use our horse sitting service. These meetings have no cost associated with them.

We are BHS qualified, DBS checked and fully insured.

Services & Pricing
We charge £9 per half hour, this is the minimum fee chargeable.
Petrol charges for distances over 10 miles will be charged at 20p per mile.
Payment is by debit card, details are taken upon registration
Attendance for Vet, Farrier or Dentist Visit
Attendance for visits and handling of horse/pony
Lunging
Lunging of horse/pony for exercise in requested equipment
Field Skipping
Removal of droppings from requested field
Field checks
Checking horse/pony at grass, filling of field water bukets/troughs, hay and feeding plus any rug changes or fly spray etc
Grooming
A full 20 minute groom to remove excess mud or dirt from coat, mane and tail. Hoofs picked and oiled. Should you require more this can be arranged on an individual basis
Turning Out/Bringing in
Taking or bringing horse/pony from field or stable
Rug changes
All requested rug changes to be made at the time of visit
Water
Buckets/drinkers filled and or cleaned as requested
Hay Nets
Filling, hanging, feeding as required
Feeding
Cleaning feed buckets, mixing feeds and feeding as instructed
Mucking out
Removal of all soiled bedding from stable and where necessary add fresh bedding
.
Skipping out
Removal of droppings only
Bedding down
Laying an already mucked out bed down
